Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out! We offer a 90 day return to all orders! We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are damaged or defective during shipping and upon receipt.

To be eligible for a refund:

  1. To be eligible to claim a refund, you must have purchased products from svandy.com.
  2. You can submit refund requests within 55 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (35 days) has expired. Please contact us [email protected] for your request.
  3. You will be required to pay for the return shipping label.
  4. Once approved, please allow up to 7 days to process your refund.

Refund Method:

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.

Refund Timeline:

Once we initiate the refund, If you paid with PayPal, you will see the refund in your account immediately. If you paid with a credit card, it will take a few days to reflect on your account. Please note that the exact timeline may vary depending on your financial institution.

Restocking Fee:

  • For products in new and unused condition:
    If the returned product remains unused, in perfect condition, and does not affect secondary sales, we will provide a full refund of the total amount paid.
  • For products that have been used or show signs of wear:
    If the returned product shows any signs of use, damage, or missing packaging/accessories, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

Return Shipping Responsibility (Temporary Plan):

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us. (Please send it as freight collect.)
  • For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. (Please send it as prepaid.)
  • If the item is damaged during transit, the shipping carrier is responsible for compensation. Please contact the carrier first regarding the claim process.
  • The return shipping label is temporarily to be filled out by the customer, and the return address will be provided by our customer service upon request.

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel orders after 6 hours as they may already be in the processing stage.

Confirmation Email: Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the transaction. This email will serve as proof of the refund for your records.
